Its totally useless if its in Chinese only! Please add English language.

PM has avery narrow mindset. If you travel from foreign, how do u get a Chinese phone and use stupid Wechat or QQ as the login option! 圾圾产品，没有中国电话或微信叫人怎用，垃圾！

Try to use flight status to check on family/friends traveling from US to Asia. Rarely offers any information, most often, "Sorry...info not available". Huh? A-380? Hundreds of people onboard? Info? Not available? Lol

This app needs a lot of improvement.

Please fix this ASAP.

Has potential but not there yet.

The apps sometimes cannot do job correctly and report an failure. The phone contact are helpless and rude.

It stopped working properly after I purchased the flight tickets, so useless!!

I would give "zero" stars if I could. Nothing works. Dont waste your time.

A much needed improvement. At least they are one step ahead of air china and have an English version....

There are many times of updating, it still does not support iPhone 5...

In both Engl and CN version shows arrival time at intl (国外) destination per China Standard time instead of arrival city time zone. Never seen an airline do it this way. Made me late for a pick-up. This could be a handy app, but please work out the bugs!

Please make it in better English translation where needed and with a English name. Also increase functionality.

I have tried to make Id but I didnt success

I want to buy a ticket from Hong Kong to Guangzhou. However, I can only choose to pay with Rmb. For international air ticket, Visa or master card should be accepted!

Not useful for online check-in.

Very useful tool

Complete management of all things related to China Southern airline, appreciate the seat selection after check-in, the different flight notifications (as passenger or recipient), the Passbook integration, even the opportunity to apply for a SkyPearl card within the app. Recommended.
