Easy way to book more Easy than the website...

Just impossible to use. How can CZ be part of Skyteam??

Nothing works, Just as simple as that!

When you try to check in, the message "Invalid mobile number" appears wether you type it in the 0033XXXXXXXXX, +33XXXXXXXXX, or XXXXXXXXXX … so it doesnt work !

Unusable if you cant read chinese. For a company operating all over the world, having an English translation is the bare minimum

Impossible to register (captcha not displaying) Cannot save frequent flyers.. Still not the worse compared to other Chinese airlines

This app might be good if you actually live in China, otherwise its basically useless. You cant get any information re: existing reservation and no other useful function other than looking up the flight schedule.

The app keeps telling me that it is could not process my request.

Links lead to no where and impossible to check in. App is really buggered up. Hope flight is better.

Wow! What a total waste of time this is the most useless app ever better chance of finding your soul mate on Craigslist then finding this useful!

Took a while to figure out how to change the language. After that, I still couldnt check in, either by ticket or certificate. Useless app.

Compared to using desktop PC and this apps in my iPhone 6 mobile devices, many functions are lacking. No options of country and local currency selection. No previous history searches. No multi destinations flights options. Disappointing apps.

I cannot validate my ticket. Also when I try to send a feedback, theres an area for mobile phone, which is required, and it always says wrong mobile phone and gives error whatever I type there! I tried reaching to you via phone, no answer... Tried mailing to you but you dont have a mail address.. For god sake, what kind of company youre?!? You dont have any e-mail address??? Hello, youre selling international! Not everyone can reach to you via phone! Whatever, I hope you can contact me because Im getting sick of this... If any problem occurres about my flight, I will kill your reputation so hard here, you wont be able to sell just one ticket...

I have the question concerning the updates of air-flights. After I deleted the flight status the number of news on the icon of the app still has not vanished. Whats the problem?
