网上值机功能根本是坏的

总是在输入号码等环节出现输入法无法弹出进而闪退的问题。

选完了座位总弹出一个窗口说tips，选座位接口。忍不住爆粗口，怎么都不行。自动选座也不行。什么玩意，连个破app都做不好

值机经常不成功，现在购票也查不到高等级票价的退改规定，一点就是最便宜舱位。垃圾国企

预定机票可以进入城市列表，但选择完不显示城市，无法订机票

The website is in English but the app has zero English support.

I just forgot my membership number, the online representative ask me to send the copy of ID to him. It’s not safe! They like to collect customers’ sensitive information!

Have nothing related to flight, trying to sell its member all the way.

Claims to be an international airline, but the app has only Chinese.

Maybe this is a great app, but not for anyone who doesn’t know Chinese. I really wanted to fly China Southern, but this app needs an English option. Other Chinese airlines have it.

No language selection, horrible UI, extraordinarily slow, completely broken.

There’s no way for you to check your airline information or do anything without “True Identity Verification”. Even the flight status page doesn’t allow you to type in your airline number. Fake app.

I downloaded the app twice and each time the Chinese language appears. For some reason, I’m unable to get the English version.

After downloading the app and sign up the account, I can’t sign in. The search function doesn’t work at all.

Flying China Southern air from Taipei to Shinzen so downloaded the app. Cannot for the life of me figure out how to switch to the English version. Even took my phone down to the concierge in the hotel who is Chinese, and she couldn’t even figure out how to switch it to English. How about one big button right on the front page that says English?

This all really went down hill, there’s no way to validate a passport ID anymore. Completely useless app. Even the minor airlines in China have better apps. How can this airline consider itself any bit international.

Hard to find English language change , Chinese all the ways 😑

I can’t use my Visa/MasterCard/American Express/JCB/Discover cards to make a payment.

Really difficult to use, hard to login, super slow to connect and frequently disconnect with out any response.

I could not find a way to toggle the app into English. I am traveling in Asia so maybe it thinks I should already know Chinese - not sure. You should be able to toggle language right from the Home Screen. Absolutely useless unless you know Chinese.

I am trying to register using my US phone number but there is not an option.

起码不摔飞机，餐饮丰富了点，wallet客票也支持了，还能用

App is in Chinese language. The language changing option should be in English. Couldn’t even find where to change language.

App not international friendly. No English version. Foreigners who try to authenticate their real name will meet incredible frustration. Overall useless app. Learn your lesson from Air China!!

南航的活动千万不要上当。买了他们的“单人版趣玩卡”，说只要没用就可以自助退款。但是压根不给退款入口！！ 连退款按钮都找不到！南航app的订单列表里没有。在权益里好不容易找到那个单人版趣玩卡，也没有发现任何退款按钮。打了客服电话，连客服也不知道怎么退！你们在骗钱吗？？太坑爹了！ 另外，之所以退款是因为发现他们所谓的特殊折扣和普通App上查的价格一样，纯属骗局！ 发现上当后，想退钱也这么难！骗上加骗！对南航真是失望透顶！

The worst and most stupid app that I have ever used. Go to other airlines if you don't want to spend TWO hours buying one ticket and finally fail. 垃圾玩意，活该南航竞争不过人家。穷疯了吧不知道弄个好点快点智能点的吗？祝早日完蛋。

外国人不能用这个App 因为用护照只能买国际的飞机票。这样的话没意思用你们的App。我需要上去哪儿买票。希望你们未来能解决这个问题。

正常搜索可以搜到那个航班，因为起飞时间靠后所以要加载一页。但是通过留学生购票专区搜索根本加载不出下一页。重新安装也不行。试了一周了，应该也不是网络问题。打客服客服说只能通过app买….醉了

不断提示无网络服务是几个意思？

I used the help. I waited about 10 min and finally get connected to someone. Then there is reminder saying conversation finished! I tried again and again, never get connected with someone. So frustrated. Waste lots of my time! This app is useless!

You can’t real name verify, you can’t add your foreigner family members passport numbers, and the entire app interface doesn’t support English names properly. Terrible experience, and their customer phone support is consistently unable to help after reporting these many types of similar issues over the past year. Unless you are Han Chinese living in mainland China, expect to be treated like garbage by the China Southern app.

强制更新臭不要脸

I contacted customer support due to unknown error from the server preventing my purchase. They told me to download this app to purchase my ticket. It did not fix my problem and the person I chatted with offered me same exact ticket but with doubled price. I question if this company is even legit. Customer service is simply horrific. No one was able to fix my problem and they all seemed not to care at all. On top of all of it, I couldn’t believe they tried to sell me tickets with much higher price. This is a scam.

Place an order on the app one day ago, but I can't find it on the website still.

This app has improved quite a bit. The English version has been updated and now there is a lot of functionality. I’m able to book flights, redeem points and miles earned, change seats etc. just wish there were a way to upgrade seats to different cabins in the app such as Economy to business class.
